What happens to unused credits? ▾
One-time purchased credits never expire. Subscription credits roll over across cycles — you only lose them when the subscription ends.
Do you offer refunds? ▾
Yes. If an AI task fails on our side, the pre-deducted credits are refunded automatically. For order-level refunds contact support — we process them through Stripe and reverse the credits in the same transaction.
Can I switch plans? ▾
Yes. Use the Customer Portal from your subscription page to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at period end.
Is there a free tier? ▾
Your first batch of credits is free when you sign up, so you can try every provider before paying.
